I am 6’1” male weighing 180lbs with around 16% bf. I want to
build muscle and bulk up but don’t have time to goto gym, I do
have some limited equipment in the garage but due to kids and work
etc I’ve been doing these 30 days challenges with some success.
Are these gains going to plateau?
For example I am in the middle of a pull-up challenge that
starts at 10 per day and by day 30 i will do 60. Sometimes there
can be like an hour between sets if I’m busy doing something
else. Unconventional for sure, but will I continue to see decent
gains if I’m able to continually increase workload?
